With over 20 years of international experience in legal and property matters, Ally founded Waterfront Lawyers with a vision of delivering trusted legal services blending national reach with personal care. Specialising in residential and commercial conveyancing, property transactions, and client relationship management. Relocating to Australia marked a new chapter in her career, where she continued to thrive in property law and conveyancing, earning Australian legal and property qualifications and accumulating invaluable experience across various transactions nationwide.

Aakanksha Khurana

Licensed Conveyancer

Aakanksha is a Licensed Conveyancer with an LLB(hons) degree from the UK, Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance and Risk Management and Advanced Diploma in Conveyancing. Combining a strong academic background with practical expertise, Aakanksha provides clear guidance throughout every stage of the conveyancing process. Known for her proactive communication, client-focused approach, and commitment to achieving seamless outcomes, she is dedicated to delivering a professional and stress-free experience for every client.

Megan Joy Sterling

Principal Solicitor

Admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW in 2010, Megan practices across property law, civil law, commercial transactions, estate matters and dispute resolution. Known for her strategic thinking and unwavering commitment, Megan works closely with individuals, families, investors, and business' to achieve effective outcomes. She has built her position on clear, advice and finding solutions that work in the real world. As a mother, business leader and Principal Solicitor, she brings expertise and real-world perspective to build a modern firm where clients feel supported and heard.

Ryan Fletcher

Principal Solicitor

With an undergraduate and Master’s Degrees in Law (UTS & Sydney University) and Executive MBA (RMIT/AGSM), Ryan has 20 plus years of experience providing in-house policy and legal advice to State and Commonwealth regulators and policy makers, corporates and not-for-profits. Leveraging a strong foundation in law, policy, risk management, and governance, his work focuses on helping clients manage their strategic and operational legal and regulatory affairs.
